How do I reserve a seat?

You can’t reserve a seat on our trains.
 
You can simply stroll onto any of our trains and sit yourself down in a spare seat if you have a valid ticket.
 
If part of your journey is with another train company, but you book it through us, we’ll contact them to book you a seat (when and where possible).

The new ‘grid’ design is too busy for me? Can I go back to the other version?

If you are using desktop and tablet, you can click on 'grid' or 'list' view to switch between interfaces. The system will remember which view you’ve last used.

I want to see other fares. How do I do that?

You can click 'view all available fares' to see other fares and ticket types.

Where do I add my photocard when I buy Season Tickets?

We've also simplified the user flow for buying Season Tickets. You can now enter your name and photocard details on the right-hand side of the screen.

Where has Plusbus gone?

You have the option to buy PLUSBUS before you ‘Add to basket’. Click on the plus symbol and select your PLUSBUS tickets, then click ‘Save’.
