A trip to the theatre is the perfect evening treat or why not make a day of it and enjoy a show along with everything else London has to offer. Plus, it’s so easy to reach theatreland by train, many just a 10-minute walk or less from Charing Cross station.

From leading actors, dancers, writers, directors and producers to stage managers, dressers, designers and front of house staff, renowned photographer Rankin captures a once-in-a-lifetime portrait of a West End reborn, featuring 150 subjects from nearly 60 of London’s top productions and venues. Created in partnership with Official London Theatre and FUJIFILM House of Photography with funding from the Mayor of London.
