Avoid queues with digital train tickets

Digital tickets are an alternative to paper tickets and a great way to buy tickets anytime, anywhere, making it easier and more convenient to travel by train.

There are two choices of digital ticket available when you travel with Southeastern; eTickets which are emailed straight to your inbox, or our contactless smartcard The Key.

Why use a digital train ticket:

  • Avoid queues and save time: Buy digital tickets using the Southeastern app anytime, anywhere and avoid queuing for tickets at the station
  • Sustainable travel: Digital tickets mean less paper tickets
  • Easy to access: eTickets arrive by email and can be stored in your Apple Wallet (Google Wallet coming soon). Tickets bought for The Key can be viewed and loaded using the Southeastern app.
