Money back if your train is delayed by 15 minutes or more

You can claim compensation if you're delayed by 15 minutes or more when you travel with us, you can apply online for Delay Repay compensation.

Cheque payments

Due to the national lockdown, we’re unable to fulfil compensation or a refund by cheque. 

If you require a refund or are requesting compensation, please provide us with either your PayPal email address or BACs details (6-digit sort code and 8-digit account number). This will allow us to send you money in the quickest and most direct way.  

Alternatively, we can send you a National Rail travel voucher (valid for 12 months) to be used at a later date. Or, if you have a Southeastern online account, we can also arrange a payment via e-voucher.
