All routes to / from London Charing Cross

Engineering work is taking place between London Charing Cross and London Bridge, closing all lines.

Woolwich Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Woolwich will run from London Cannon Street instead.

Grove Park Line: London Charing Cross to Sevenoaks services will run from London Cannon Street instead, and stop additionally at Lewisham.

Sidcup Line: Trains between Charing Cross and Gravesend via Sidcup will run from London Cannon Street instead, and call additionally at New Cross and Lewisham.  These trains will not run beyond Dartford because of further engineering work.

Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will run from London Cannon Street instead and only run between London Cannon Street and Sevenoaks because of further engineering work.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate via Dover Priory will run from London Cannon Street instead.  These trains will be diverted between London Bridge and Ashford International to run via Maidstone East because of further engineering work.

Ticket Acceptance:

You can use London Underground between Charing Cross Embankment, Southwark, London Bridge & Cannon Street at no extra cost.

Routes affected:
Southeastern between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate and between Strood and Tonbridge Thameslink between Kentish Town and Rainham

Engineering work is taking place between Dartford and Rochester and between Strood and Maidstone West, closing various lines.

Southeastern:

Sidcup Line: Trains will run between London Cannon Street and Dartford via Sidcup.  These trains will run from London Cannon Street instead of London Charing Cross because of further engineering work.

Medway Valley Line: Trains between Tonbridge and Strood will only run between Paddock Wood and Maidstone West.  This is because of further engineering work at Tonbridge.

High Speed via Gravesend: Services between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Ebbsfleet International.

Replacement buses will run between:

  • Dartford and Gillingham calling at all stations (except Higham)
  • Ebbsfleet International and Strood calling at Gravesend only
  • Dartford and Gravesend calling at all stations
  • Gravesend and Maidstone West calling at all stations

 

Thameslink:

Trains to / from Rainham will not run. You can use your ticket on Southeastern train and bus services between London and Rainham, and on London Buses / Docklands Light Railway.

Engineering work is taking place in and around the Tonbridge area, closing some lines.

Paddock Wood Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Ramsgate via Dover will be diverted between London Bridge and Ashford International to run via Maidstone East.  These trains will stop additionally at Otford (for services to / from Sevenoaks) and Maidstone East (for services to / from Paddock Wood / Maidstone West).  These trains will run from London Cannon Street instead of London Charing Cross because of further engineering work.

Hastings Line: Trains between London Charing Cross and Hastings will only run between London Cannon Street and Sevenoaks, and Tunbridge Wells and Hastings.  Trains will run from London Cannon Street instead of London Charing Cross because of further engineering work

Medway Valley Line: Trains between Tonbridge and Strood will only run between Paddock Wood and Maidstone West.  This is because of further engineering work at Strood.
