Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

If you do you will be in breach of these Terms and responsible for all losses that arise as a result of the misuse of your account.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You agree to use the Services only to make legitimate purchases for yourself or on behalf of another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You accept that abuse of the Services may result in you being denied access to the Services.
You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent or otherwise interfere with the security of Southeastern's websites or other electronic systems or networks (referred to as 'cracking' or 'hacking').
In the interests of all our users, Southeastern will co-operate with investigations by any law enforcement or relevant authorities of suspected criminal activity or violation of systems or network.
Any breach of these Terms shall entitle Southeastern to immediately terminate your use of the site and/or the agreement between us without notice.

It is your responsibility to make sure that any information you provide to us is accurate and up date. Failure to do so will be a breach of these Terms.
Impartial Retailing
This website offers an impartial service selling an extensive range of tickets around the UK representing all Train Operating Companies. We do not currently support Ferry bookings, supplementary tickets, Sleeper services or Eurostar bookings.
Use of ticket booking
This website is designed to provide you with travel information, to assist you in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make travel reservations or other travel-related purchases.
You agree that you will only use the travel information facilities of this website to find out information for yourself or for another person who intends to use or make use of this website to purchase travel services.
You confirm that you have a lawful authority to use the credit/debit card details you provide to us or our payment services provider for the purpose of settling any payments you owe to us.
You also agree that all information supplied by you in using this website is accurate and that you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations.
You further agree that you will only use the travel services reservations facilities of this website to make reservations or purchases for yourself or another person on whose behalf you are legally entitled to act.
We shall not be obliged to sell tickets or reserve a set for a person or persons who we have reason to believe may be intending to use it, or the proposed method of payment, fraudulently. We may share your details with relevant law enforcement bodies and credit reference agencies where we believe that you have been involved in a fraudulent purchase.
You acknowledge that you will be financially responsible for any bookings, which are made through the website using your account details and for all reasonable and foreseeable losses, which we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms or negligence when using this website (including where you deliberately or negligently let others use your account).
Please note that Southeastern online discounted sale tickets cannot have further discounts applied to them.
Changes
We pride ourselves on keeping up to the minute in terms of advances in technology and legal developments. As these areas are changing at an ever increasing rate, we request that you refer to the site on a regular basis in order to ensure that you are aware of our most recent Terms, Privacy Statement terms and other policies.
We will do our best to ensure that the site is what we believe to be relevant, up to date and as interesting as possible and we accordingly reserve the right, at our discretion, to make changes to any part of the site.
Issue of tickets
With respect to tickets sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of any tickets until such time as you complete your order and your credit/debit card will not be charged until the order has been processed.
When we have confirmed your booking by e-mail to your registered e-mail address, we will send your tickets or ticket collection number to you using the method you selected when you made your booking.
On receipt of your tickets we would ask that you check to ensure they are correct and contact our Web Customer Care team if your tickets do not meet the information you provided at the time of booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes to the date and time of a ticket may be permitted depending on the type of ticket and availability of alternatives, but exchange may not be available for certain ticket types. Changes to Advance tickets will incur a £10 charge per ticket.
Refunds will depend on the type of ticket and conditions applicable to it and may not be available for certain ticket types. If you apply for a refund after the date of travel you will incur a £10 charge.
If the train you intended to use is cancelled, delayed, or your reservation will not be honoured, and you decide not to travel, you may return the unused ticket to the original retailer from whom it was purchased, where you will be given a full refund with no administration fee being charged. Miscellaneous
We may change these terms from time to time; however, any changes will not affect existing terms accepted by you when making a reservation or purchase through this website.
Network Rail usually carries out track maintenance and renewal work at weekends or Bank Holidays, or occasionally early weekday mornings or late evenings.
You are strongly advised to confirm your train times prior to making your journey.
The prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£). If you pay for your tickets using a foreign credit or debit card, we are not responsible for the exchange rate and you are advised that changes to your ticket or refunds may be affected by such exchange rate.
If at any time any part of these Terms becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, that invalid, illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
Further, the invalid, illegal or unenforceable part will be deemed superseded by a valid, legal or enforceable part that most closely satisfies the intention of the original part. The validity, legality and enforceability of the remainder of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
Whilst we try to provide the most up to date information available, sometimes mistakes can be generated. Southeastern will not be liable for such mistakes and will undertake to improve and/or amend the appropriate systems to correct any such details that are brought to our attention.
These Terms cannot be varied except in writing by Southeastern. Nothing said by any employee or agent of Southeastern will be capable of varying these Terms.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
The parties do not intend any of these clauses to be enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms, the National Conditions of Travel and any specific terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
