If you're at a station and your train is delayed or cancelled, please listen to station announcements for advice and alternative routes to take.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late at your destination because of a delay or cancellation to a Southeastern service, you can claim Delay Repay compensation.

There should be posters on each platform at your station about up and coming engineering works.

If your station is staffed and you're having trouble finding the posters, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our station employees.

Smoking is banned from all areas of our station, this includes the full length of platforms and the entrances to our stations. 

‘No smoking’ posters and signs are in place warning passengers about this.

Electronic cigarette devices cannot be used at our stations either.
