Station information
Got a question about the facilities available to you at your local station?
You can check ticket office opening times on our station information pages.
Please check your local station to find out when it's busiest, to minimise the chances of you having to queue.
The fastest way may be to use the Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) or by buying your train tickets online.
Many of our stations have toilets that are open to the public, all the time we have employees there. They are normally locked after our employees leave for the day to prevent vandalism.
Please keep in mind that some of our smaller stations do not have public toilets.
You can check what facilities are available at your local station on our station information page.
Most of our stations have bike racks and additional secure cycle parking within hubs and lockers.
These following Southeastern operated stations have secure cycle hubs:
- Ashford International
- Canterbury West
- Dartford
- Elmstead Woods
- Folkestone West
- Gravesend
- Greenhithe
- Knockholt
- Maidstone East
- Orpington
- Strood
- Chatham (in planning to built)
The hubs are fully enclosed and have dedicated lighting and CCTV and a guaranteed space for your cycle. A small charge is made for those who register for the service to cover the running costs of the cycle hub.
Subscriptions are available:
- 3 months - £25
- 6 months - £35
- 12 months - £50
Access to the secure cycle hubs is only possible by registering at the station ticket office. Upon payment of a small subscription fee, the ticket office will issue a personalised programmed key fob to facilitate entry to the facility.
For more information view our bike policy page.
There are 'left luggage' facilities available at St Pancras International, London Bridge and London Victoria stations, which have level access.
Please speak with an employee for the location of the facilities.
