Season tickets

If you make the same journey to work regularly, it may be worth buying a Season ticket. You can choose between Annual, Monthly, Weekly or Flexi.

Go digital and get an sTicket sent straight to your phone

An sTicket is the digital version of a Season ticket provided as a barcode that is stored in the Southeastern app.

An sTicket appears instantly in the app after purchase. There’s no waiting for an email and you won’t need to queue at the station or wait for it to arrive in the post. Plus, you won’t need to carry a paper ticket and photocard with you anymore. Great if you regularly travel on the same journey for work!

Or use our contactless smartcard, The Key

The Key allows you to buy and download tickets from home using our website or app. Its contactless technology lets you hold the card over the reader at the ticket gate and fast track through the station. Plus, you won't need a photocard! A good option if you don't want to get your digital device out.

If your Key is lost or stolen, we'll block it so you won't lose out, and we will replace your Key card for free.

SeatFinder tools are designed so you can check how busy your train is and plan your journey with confidence. So, if you're planning your journey ahead you can use our SeatFinder timetables or if you're planning to travel in the next two hours, check your journey on our website Live Departure Boards or in the Southeastern app in Departures & Arrivals.

Free WiFi onboard our trains

Stay connected on your journey with free WiFi onboard our trains, now also available in the tunnels on our highspeed routes. Whether you need to catch up on emails, check the news or do some online shopping, you can swipe, type and browse in comfort while travelling with us. We’ve increased the free WiFi data allowance from 50MB to 75MB and if you’re travelling on our high-speed services, we have doubled your allowance to 100MB.
