    Paper Season ticket refunds

    Find when and how you can apply for a paper Season ticket refund

    You can get a refund on a Season ticket if you have:

    • at least 3 days left on your Weekly Season ticket
    • at least 7 days left on your Monthly or Custom Season ticket
    • at least 7 weeks left on your Annual Season ticket

    If your ticket hasn't been printed, please log into your Southeastern account and select 'Manage my tickets/refunds' from the account menu. Then follow the steps to process your refund, which'll be paid back to your original method of payment.

    If your ticket has been printed, you'll need to fill out the refund form.

    Please note that there will be a £5 admin fee for all Season ticket refunds.

    You can get a refund on a Season ticket if you have:

    • at least 3 days left on your Weekly Season ticket
    • at least 7 days left on your Monthly or Custom Season ticket
    • at least 7 weeks left on your Annual Season ticket

    Please go back to your local Southeastern ticket office to apply for a refund. To check your station’s ticket office opening times, please visit our station information page.

    On the first occasion, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund on the extra ticket. On the second occasion, within 12 months of the first, an administration fee of £5 will be charged.

    Any further claims won’t be considered within a 12-month period.

    Where possible, please purchase your additional ticket from Southeastern, and retain it. If the ticket was bought from a Southeastern ticket office, please apply for a refund there. Alternatively, you can apply for your refund by contacting Customer Services.
