Paper Season Tickets
Got a question about our paper Season Tickets?
You’ll need a photocard (as a form of ID) to buy and travel with a paper Season Ticket. Where required, your photocard number must be on your Season Ticket – and for your Season Ticket to be valid, you must show both your Season Ticket and photocard with matching numbers if requested by rail employees.
You can get your free Photocard ID from any one of our ticket offices. Please bring a passport sized photo of yourself with you.
- Annual Season Tickets

In this circumstance, an additional ticket to travel must be purchased.
On the first occasion – within 12 months – we’ll be happy to arrange a refund on the extra ticket.
On the second occasion – within 12 months – an administration fee of £10 will be charged.
Any further claims won’t be considered within a 12-month period.
Where possible, please retain the additional ticket you’ve purchased and apply for a refund at your local Southeastern ticket office. Alternatively, you can apply for your refund by contacting Customer Services.

For Season Tickets that are lost or stolen, please visit a Southeastern ticket office as soon as possible, to apply for a duplicate. For stolen tickets, please also let the Police know.
Please note that we do not offer duplicates for Weekly Season Tickets.
