The same terms and conditions apply to your ticket regardless of whether it's paper or digital. The easiest way to request a refund for the ticket on your eTicket is through your Southeastern account.
Once an eTicket has been scanned, it counts as being used, so you won't be able to claim a refund through your Southeastern account. To claim a refund if you scanned your eTicket but didn't travel, please contact Customer Services.
