Would you like to make a difference to someone’s day? Join our Customer Services team and you’ll be the face of the company on the platforms and in your station – making announcements, answering queries, checking tickets and assisting the huge range of customers you’ll meet every day. You’ll have key safety and security duties like dispatching trains, and also keep our stations tidy and clean.

Our station teams are experts in helping our customers get where they’re going, be it to work or to explore some of the beautiful destinations we serve. With a network that spans 164 stations across London, Kent and East Sussex and customers that make 640,000 journeys with us every weekday, it takes great teamwork to provide a positive experience for our customers.
