London Charing Cross and Waterloo East Closure Refund Claim Form 

If you incurred additional travel costs as a result of the London Charing Cross and Waterloo East station closures, please complete this form and provide:

• A copy of your original ticket (Season ticket, Key smartcard, or other eligible ticket)
• Evidence of any additional travel costs incurred during the closure period, such as a TfL Oyster or contactless journey statement, or copies of any additional tickets purchased

You can use this form to claim for multiple journey dates. To reduce the number of claims you need to submit, you may find it easier to submit your claim at the end of each week or once the stations have reopened.

Please note this claim form will remain available until 30 September.
