Download it through the App Store or Google Play.

Our carriages have a scrolling ‘Passenger Information Screen’ that lets you know your train’s calling stations.

There will also be an on-board announcement to tell you your next station.

You can charge your devices only on our High Speed trains. There are plug sockets under your seat, with additional USB ports.

If you see a plug socket on any other train, please do not use them. They are for domestic purposes only, using a domestic plug socket may harm your device.

Smoking is banned from all areas of our stations and trains, this includes the full length of platforms and the entrances to our stations.

‘No smoking’ posters and signs are in place warning passengers about this.

Electronic cigarette devices cannot be used on our trains or at our stations either.

If your station is unmanned, you can visit our timetables page for more information.

For details of weekend train times use our online journey planner.

Poster displays and print-outs of our timetables are available at our stations. Please speak with a member of staff at the station if you're having trouble finding them.

Please visit our station information page to find the facilities at your local station. Scroll down the page to ‘Station Updates’.

These pages include live updates on our toilets, lifts and Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs).
