There is step free access at London Victoria Rail Station to the Victoria Line on the Underground. This can be accessed via the Cardinal Place entrance to the underground.

Staff are available at this station at all times for providing assistance getting on and off the train and assistance around the station and to the platform. Assistance can be provided unbooked (turn up and go) or pre booked up to two hours before departure by contacting Assisted Travel.

Whether you pre book assistance or travel unbooked, please contact a member of staff on arrival. We recommend arriving 20 minutes prior to your train departing. This is to allow us to make sure arrangements are in place at your destination, or interchange, station such as the availability of staff and lifts. If there is insufficient time to check these arrangements, we may assist you onto the next available train.

If you wish to book assistance but are not sure which train operator you are travelling with, you can call 0800 022 3720. On calling, you will be referred to the appropriate train operator.

The ATM machines are located on the Eastern and Central Concourse (Platforms 1 and 7) and also within a retail outlet on the station (Grosvenor Hotel).

Toilets are situated on the central concourse and adjacent to platform 2.

A changing place facility is available for use by disabled passengers in London Victoria. The space has a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, hoist, extra wide rolls of paper, and non-slip floors. The space is located on the central concourse in the main toilet facilities.

If you, or a passenger you are accompanying, requires use of the changing place room, please speak to a member of staff so we can help you gain access.

All platforms are partially or fully covered with a canopy.

You can top up pay-as-you-go on Oyster using the self-service ticket machines. Oyster cards can only be purchased from the self-service machines in the Underground station.

When weekend engineering dictate that replacement bus services will operate, these will usually depart from the immediate Station front/Terminus Place. Travel from London Victoria is usually conveyed by London Buses in these instances.
