This is a Category A station. This station has step-free access to both platforms. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office

Please take care when boarding / alighting from the train towards the rear of platform 1 as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other platforms.

One is part of ticket office on platform 2 which closes with ticket office hours and one on platform 1 which closes slightly later
