Access to Platform 1 (to Bidston) is through a gate which opens outwards off the Chester Millennium Greenway via a barrow crossing over the railway, and a narrow ramp at the platform end. Step free access to Platform 2 (to Wrexham) though a gate which opens outwards off Chester Millennium Greenway path. Platform width is narrow in parts which may be unsuitable for wheelchair or scooter-users.
