This is a Category A station. This station has step-free access to all platforms. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office

Please take care when boarding/alighting the train at platform 2, as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other platforms.

During staffed station hours the passenger assistance meeting point is located at the ticket office. When you arrive, please make yourself known to a member of staff.

When the station is unstaffed, the meeting point will be at your departure platform. Please ensure you are visible to train staff so they can assist you:

• Platform 1By the first pillar of the sheltered walkway at the start of the platform.
• Platform 2 & 3By the first pillar of the sheltered walkway in the middle of the island platform.
