Platform 1&2 - Available during staffing hours. This toilet is stoma friendly.

Category A. This station has step free access to all platforms. There is step free access to the booking hall from Railway Street. There is step free access via lifts down to all platforms from the booking hall. If you are in need of assistance, you may request step free access towards London (Platform 1) from the car park and away from London (Platform 2) from the car park.

Accessible taxis are available to book

Assistance navigating through the station and getting on and off trains (by ramp if required) is available all the time trains are running. You can now book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey. You can also travel without booking, just make yourself known to staff as far in advance as possible of the train you would like to get - we recommend at least 20 minutes.  The meeting point for assisted travel is the gateline in the booking hall, or if unstaffed,  the ticket office or you can use the help point.
