Everything you need to know about Southeastern WiFi
Got a question? We can help...
You are entitled to 75MB per day, and 100MB on our high-speed services.
Usage allowance is per device.
If you reach your limit you will continue to have WiFi access, but it will be at a slower speed. It isn't possible to purchase more data.
The table below shows an average estimate of what is covered:
|1 hour of instant messaging (text only)||1MB|
|3 social media uploads with photos||1MB|
|Download 50 emails (with no attachments)||1MB|
|Download 3 emails with standard attachments||1MB|
|Streaming HD video for 1 minute||5MB|
|Browsing for 1 hour||15MB|
Yes, streaming audio or video is not recommended.
You will also be unable to view any adult or illegal content, or open any large files.
A real-time data usage bar is available on our WiFi landing page for you to track (this can also be opened in a separate window).
Many apps have regular updates, which could update in the background and impact your free data allowance without you realising. To make sure this doesn't happen you should deactivate 'automatic updates' on your device.
The data you provide will not be shared with any third-party organisations and you can opt-out of receiving marketing information.
Your data will only be accessed if you’re flagged as viewing or downloading illegal or adult material.
Yes – you can now stay connected while travelling through the tunnel between Stratford International and St. Pancras International.
We are working with industry partners to improve connectivity in the other tunnels on our high-speed routes.
