The lifts are out of order between platform 6 & 8 and the concourse at Stratford station.
Customers travelling westbound (towards Paddington) from Stratford are advised to travel to Whitechapel using Elizabeth line trains from Platform 5.
Customers travelling eastbound (towards Shenfield) are advised to travel westbound (towards Paddington) to Whitechapel using Elizabeth line services from Platform 5. At Whitechapel, catch the next eastbound Elizabeth line train (towards Shenfield).
Customers travelling eastbound (towards Shenfield) to Stratford are advised to continue their journey to Maryland, and catch the next westbound (towards Liverpool Street) Elizabeth line train back to Stratford.
