Lifts are available using a subway but only to platforms 1-4 and platforms 9-12. Staff are available to assist using the footbridge. This station is a category B2 station according to the Office of Rail and Road station classification system https://www.orr.gov.uk/media/10955. Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary.
