At London Waterloo station: The downward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20. One of the four escalators leading to Waterloo Road and Jubilee Line is currently out of service. Access to the lower level can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators at exit 2. One of the six escalators connecting the Balcony and Station Concourse is currently out of service. Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators along the concourse.
