These are located near platform 7 and are operated by a radar key.

There is step free access at street level from left side main station entrance to concourse level.

There are two lifts:

Lift 1, East side concourse from to Concourse / Street level

Lift 2, West side concourse to London Underground ticket hall and street level, but not platforms. Available only when the underground station is open.

Accessible taxis are located on Dowgate Hill, left of the station.
