Hither Green Train Station

There are two Ticket Vending Machine's on the station Booking Hall plus one on Platform 1

Category B3. This station has a degree of step-free access to the platform, which may be in both directions or in one direction only - please check details -Step free access to platforms 4&5 via steep ramps for some services to and from London. There is no step free access to Platform 1,2,3 and 6. Stepped access to platform 1 via side entrance from Springbank Road. Only stepped access via footbridge to platforms 2,3 and 6. No step free interchange between platforms.

Assistance navigating through the station and getting on and off trains (by ramp if required) is available during station staffing hours (see Staff Help available times) . You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey. You can also travel without booking, just make yourself known to staff as far in advance as possible of the train you would like to get - we recommend at least 20 minutes. There are no staff on the trains that call at this station that can assist. The meeting point for assisted travel is the ticket office or you can use the help point. To request assistance through the help point (assistance point), please use the assistance button which will put you in contact with a Southeastern colleague. Where staff are not available at the station to assist, we have a Mobile Assistance Team who can be deployed to stations This can be arranged in advance by booking through Customer Services or by using the Help Point on the station (although inevitably there will be a delay if not booked in advance) - alternatively a taxi can be arranged, at no additional cost, to convey you to the nearest station where you can be assisted further.

You may leave your cycle in the rack provided however you do so at your own risk.

A dedicated bay for shared e-bikes, such as Lime or Forest, is available at this station. Please park within the bay and follow your operator’s guidance.

For buses towards Lewisham, Dartford and Orpington, exit the station along platform 1 and out onto Springbank Road, turn left and along to Bus Stop A. (what 3 words: doctor.shells.trace)

For an accessible route, leave the station from the ticket hall and down the slope to the underpass, turn left and out on to Maythorne Cottages, turn left along the alley way to Springbank Road and keep to the left until you reach Bus Stop A.
