Hither Green accessibility works
Construction work is being carried out to add two new entrances and to make the station step-free to all platforms. Some areas may be closed off or station facilities moved to different locations.
If you need any help please speak to the station staff or contact our Assisted Travel team on 0800 783 4524.
On Sunday 5th October, because of works taking place, no replacement buses will be able to call at Hither Green from 22:00 until the end of service.
Buses from Orpington to Lewisham will call at stop Q on Baring Road. Buses from Lewisham towards Orpington will call at stop P on Baring Road. Buses between Dartford and Lewisham will not call at Hither Green.

Assisted Travel	Yes	Assistance navigating through the station and getting on and off trains (by ramp if required) is available during station staffing hours (see Staff Help available times) . You can book assistance up to 2 hours before your journey. You can also travel without booking, just make yourself known to staff as far in advance as possible of the train you would like to get - we recommend at least 20 minutes. There are no staff on the trains that call at this station that can assist. The meeting point for assisted travel is the ticket office or you can use the help point. To request assistance through the help point (assistance point), please use the assistance button which will put you in contact with a Southeastern colleague. Where staff are not available at the station to assist, we have a Mobile Assistance Team who can be deployed to stations This can be arranged in advance by booking through Customer Services or by using the Help Point on the station (although inevitably there will be a delay if not booked in advance) - alternatively a taxi can be arranged, at no additional cost, to convey you to the nearest station where you can be assisted further.
