During staffed station hours the passenger assistance meeting point is located at the ticket office on platform 1. When you arrive, please make yourself known to a member of staff.

When the station is unstaffed, the meeting point will be at your departure platform. Please ensure you are visible to train staff so they can assist you:

• Platform 1By the wall of the station building, above the help point, at the entrance onto the platform.
• Platform 2By the pole, past the entrance from the stairs.
