Step-free access is available to both London Overground platforms via lifts from the footbridge. There is no step-free access to/from the London Underground Victoria line platforms. The nearest step-free station is Tottenham Hale, which can be accessed by London Buses Routes 123 230 or N73 to/from Blackhorse Road.

Eastbound towards Barking use Victoria Line to Walthamstow Central and change to rail replacement bus from bus stop 'C' in Walthamstow Central bus station. 

Westbound towards Gospel Oak use Victoria line to Seven Sisters and change for Rail replacement bus from bus stop 'A' in Seven Sisters Road.
