London Waterloo Train Station

Two lowered ticket office counters can be found at windows 1 & 14 in the ticket office.

Ticket machines are located at various locations on the main concourse and are accessible to wheelchair users.

The entrance to the public toilets is on the main concourse opposite platform 18, and these facilities have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. There is a another accessible toilet outside exit 3 operated by a RADAR key.

There is step free access from the main concourse to all platforms, shops and facilities.

Step free exits are exit 1 (Station approach), exit 2 (with a lift to Waterloo Road and lift access to the London Underground Jubilee line), and exit 3 for taxis and onward travel towards the South Bank.

Accessible bays are available near the taxi rank on Cab Road / Station Approach . For any assistance contact reception located next to drop off point on arrival. Passengers may also book assistance in advance by contacting South Western Railway Customer Services Centre on 0845 6000650. (Open 6am-10pm)

Passengers travelling on journeys from London Waterloo who require information or assistance are advised to approach a member of staff or visit the information point in the centre of the main concourse.

Staffed information points are located on the main concourse until 21:00 daily.

Cycle storage is located outside exit 3 on Station Approach / Cab Road.

Please return to your bike within 2 weeks. Abandoned cycles are regularly removed from the racks and those that remain unclaimed are sent for disposal or donated to charitable schemes.

The station has a dedicated taxi rank for London Black Taxis on the roadway outside exit 3.
