Terms and Conditions of the Parkdean Resorts Prize Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promoter is SE Trains Limited (03266762) of Second Floor, 4 More London Riverside, SE1 2AU

2. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences at 9:00am on 20 May 2025 and ends at 9:00am on 20 June 2025 (Promotional Period). All competition entries received after the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified.

3. Eligible Entrants: 
a. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must:
1. be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over; 
2. have a UK postal address; and
3. not be employees of the Promoter or Parkdean Resorts, nor a family member dependant, agent or any other person connected with an employee of the Promoter or Parkdean Resorts; [and]

4. be opted into Southeastern’s Marketing emails;
at the point of participation in the Promotion (Eligible Entrant).
4. Entry Method:
a. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, the Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
1. enter their name and email address on the draw website page (https://www.southeasternrailway.co.uk/competitions/parkdean-resorts)   {and]
2. agree to be bound by these Terms as well as Parkdean Resort’s standard holiday booking Terms (https://www.parkdeanresorts.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.) (Eligible Entry). 
b. Each Eligible Entrant is limited to one Eligible Entry.

5. Prize
a. The prize is a £300 holiday Parkdean Resorts voucher which can be redeemed at any of the 66 Parkdean Resorts holiday parks (excluding Gatebeck Holiday Park) between the following dates: 15 July 2025 and 31 December 2025 (subject to availability). (Prize).
b. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Parkdean Resorts. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prizes or the conduct of Parkdean Resorts.The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. The prize must be claimed within one holiday booking arriving before 31 December 2025
c. The winners must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £300. No change will be given for any booking made for less than £300The Prize does not include transport to and from the relevant Parkdean Resorts destination or any other costs, including any extras that the winner wishes to book.
d. Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions. 
e. The winners are responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.

6. Prize Draw
a. All Eligible Entries will be included in the Prize Draw. 
b. The Prize Draw will take place via a random draw carried out by a representative of the Promoter by no later than 25 June 2025 (Prize Draw Date).

7. Winner Notification:
a. The Winner will be notified by letter from by the Promoter within 10 days of the Prize Draw Date. 
b. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age and identity of the Winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

8. Prize Delivery: Upon receipt of the winners’ first name, Parkdean Resorts will share a winner’s letter with the Promoter, containing the Prize and relevant information applicable to the booking, including Parkdean Resorts’ booking terms and conditions (Prize Letter). The Promoter will provide the Prize Letter directly to the winner of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize Letter will be provided from Parkdean Resorts to the Promoter free of charge.

9. Prize Substitution: If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, then the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.

10. Redraw: 
a. If the Prize remains unclaimed within 7 days after the Prize Draw Date, or if the Winner is unable to receive the Prize for any other reason (including but not limited to if the Winner is disqualified or in breach of the Terms), the Promoter may select an alternative Winner via a random draw carried out by the Promoter,  subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority (Redraw).
b. The winner of the Redraw will be notified in the same manner as set out in paragraph 7 above.

11. Personal Information:
a. Personal information including the Eligible Entrant’s name will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Further, the Winner agrees to participate in any and all advertising, prize draw or other commercial activities relating to the prize draw and consents and agrees that their photograph, image, likeness and voice may be used by the Promotor in all related promotional activity in any media without any rights of prior approval or inspection. The winner consents that their personal data will be sent to Parkdean Resorts and may be used for their respective promotional purposes, in addition the winner may be required to participate in promotional activities with each of those entities. (Purpose). By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose. 
b. Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also provides further information on how the Promoter collects, stores, uses and discloses any personal information and how to contact the Promoter regarding personal information, including to update or withdraw consent for the use of personal information.

12. General:
a. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute relating to the Terms. 
b. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion or has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
c. These Terms do not exclude, restrict or limit your statutory rights in any way. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in market value to that stated in these Terms;
5. incorrect information provided by the Eligible Entrant;
6. any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
7. cancellation or any delay in the commencement of the Promotion; 
8. disqualification of the Eligible Entrant from participating in the Promotion;
9. any tax implications; or
10. the Prize.
d. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in the Promotion will be paid.
e. If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
f. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend these Terms at any time without notice and at any time, including when subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
g. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and any entrants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
