Win a boating for up to six people with Le Boat (the “Prize Draw”).
Terms of Participation in the Prize Draw (the “Terms”)
1. Eligibility
1.1. To be eligible you must:
1.1.1. be aged eighteen years or over; and
1.1.2. have a UK postal address.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter, Le Boat, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
2. Participation
2.1. In order to participate in the Prize Draw, you:
2.1.1. must visit – https://www.southeasternrailway.co.uk/competitions/le-boat and provide your full name and email address; and
2.1.2. agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. The Prize Draw and Winner Selection
3.1. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in 1, and participate as set out in 2, then you must enter between the hours of 09:00 on 10 July 2024 and before 09:00 on 31 July 2024. Any entry received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
3.2. The Promoter will select one entry at random from those that have correctly submitted their contact details in accordance with these Terms and they will win the Prize.
3.3. The winner will be notified by email on or around 2 August 2024. If a winner does not respond within two days, or any other period specified in our contact notice, of the notification being sent or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them and the Promoter may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.
4. The Prize
4.1. The winner will receive the following prize:
4.1.1. One Le Boat boating holiday of three nights for up to six people in England or Scotland (“the Prize”);
4.1.2. If the winner is a holder of “The Key” (the Promoter’s contactless smartcard), the Prize will extended to seven nights.
4.2 . The Prize may be taken on any budget or comfort boat in the Le Boat fleet sleeping up to six people, subject to availability in the base and at the time of booking.
4.3 . The winner is solely responsible for all additional costs and expenses associated with the prize not expressly stated herein as included. This includes, but is not limited to, travel to and from your departure base, fuel, food, drink, spending money, waterside services such as moorings, pump out, optional holiday extras and any other costs.
4.4 . The winner shall be responsible for the payment of a mandatory collision damage waiver and the pre-authorisation of a refundable security deposit at the base upon arrival, in local currency.
4.5 . Should the winner book a one-way cruise, the winner shall be liable for the applicable one-way supplement at the time of booking.
4.6 . Any booking of the Prize must be made at least 8 weeks before the intended departure dates between 6 April 2025 and taken before 31 October 2025. (Dates excluded: 27 April – 10 May, 31 May - 7 June, 8 July – 31st Aug).
4.7 . Departure dates are Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday only.
4.8 . Once made, and without prejudice to the booking conditions, the winner’s booking may not be amended or altered by the winner in any way whatsoever once their booking is confirmed.
4.9 . The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the booking in question on the travel dates specified.
4.10. The entirety of the Le Boat’s booking terms and conditions apply to any booking made arising from the Prize. Those terms and conditions can be found at https://www.leboat.co.uk/. In the unlikely event of a conflict between these Terms and Le Boat’s terms, the latter will prevail.

4. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
5. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in this Le Boat giveaway will be paid.
6. There is no cash alternative.
7. The winning selection of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter shall be entitled to right to refuse to accept any entry.
9. All entries are subject to verification. Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified.
10. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically render an entry void.
11. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered.
12. The participant and winner agrees that in entering into the Prize Draw the Promoter has a legitimate interest to process their personal data for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
13. The winner consents to their personal data being used in this manner. In addition, the winner agrees to their personal data being sent to Le Boat and may be used for their respective promotional purposes, in addition the winner may be required to participate in promotional activities with each of those entities.
14. Except as outlined in 12 and 13 above all personal data will be held and used by The Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
15. Participants may print these Terms.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms at any time without notice.
17. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the Prize Draw itself or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms or the Prize Draw, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered into.

19. This Prize Draw and these Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
