Terms and Conditions of The Historic Dockyard Chatham Prize Draw Promotion (the “Promotion”)

1. The Promoter is SE Trains Limited (03266762) of Second Floor, 4 More London Riverside, SE1 2AU

2. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences at 9:00am on 7 January 2026 and ends at 9:00am on 31 January 2026 (Promotional Period). All competition entries received after the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified.

3. Eligible Entrants: 
a. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must:
1. be a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over; 
2. have a UK postal address; [and]
3. not be employees of the Promoter [or The Historic Dockyard Chatham], nor a family member dependant, agent or any other person connected with an employee of the Promoter [or The Historic Dockyard Chatham]; [and]
4. be opted into Southeastern’s Marketing emails;
at the point of participation in the Promotion (Eligible Entrant).

4. Entry Method:
a. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win the Prize, the Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
1. enter their name and email address on the draw website page {and]
2. agree to be bound by these Terms. (Eligible Entry). 
b. Each Eligible Entrant is limited to one Eligible Entry.

5. Prize
a. The Prize is a Family Annual Season Ticket to The Historic Dockyard Chatham. (Prize).
b. There will be a total of 1 winner. 
c. The Prize is subject to availability.
d. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
e. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
f. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any Winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prizes or the conduct of The Historic Dockyard Chatham.

6. Prize Draw
a. All Eligible Entries will be included in the Prize Draw. 
b. The Prize Draw will take place via a random draw carried out by a representative of the Promoter on or around 2 February 2026. (Prize Draw Date). 

7. Winner Notification:
a. The Winner will be notified by email from by the Promoter within 2 days of the Prize Draw Date. 
b. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age and identity of the Winner and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

8. Prize Delivery: Upon receipt of the winner’s first name and email address, The Historic Dockyard Chatham will make contact and arrange a date for them to be booked in. The tickets will then be valid for 12 months from this date and can be collected on the winner’s first visit.

9. Redraw: 
a. If the Prize remains unclaimed within 2 days after the Prize Draw Date, or if the Winner is unable to receive the Prize for any other reason (including but not limited to if the Winner is disqualified or in breach of the Terms), the Promoter may select an alternative Winner via a random draw carried out by the Promoter, subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority (Redraw).

b. The winner of the Redraw will be notified in the same manner as set out in paragraph 7 above.

10. Personal Information:
a. Personal information including the Eligible Entrant’s [name and email address] will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. (Purpose). 
b. Participation in the Promotion is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also provides further information on how the Promoter collects, stores, uses and discloses any personal information and how to contact the Promoter regarding personal information, including to update or withdraw consent for the use of personal information.

11. General:
a. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute relating to the Terms. 
b. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion or has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
c. These Terms do not exclude, restrict or limit your statutory rights in any way. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation:
1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
4. any variation in market value to that stated in these Terms;
5. incorrect information provided by the Eligible Entrant;
6. any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
7. cancellation or any delay in the commencement of the Promotion; 
8. disqualification of the Eligible Entrant from participating in the Promotion;
9. any tax implications; or
10. the Prize.
d. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in the Promotion will be paid.
e. If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
f. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or amend these Terms at any time without notice and at any time, including when subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
g. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and any entrants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
