The escalators are out of order between the concourse and platform 12b at Birmingham New Street station until 9 December for essential maintenance.
Alternative Routes & Step-Free Access:
Red Zone Lifts: Fully operational at the B-end for step-free access to the concourse.
Green Zone (A-end): Walk down to the front/A-end of the platform to access the Green Zone, where all escalators and lifts are fully open.
