The details of your lost item(s) will be passed to our central lost property office at London Cannon Street. If we find something that matches the description, we’ll contact you as soon as possible, though this could take up to 14 days. 

We’ll do our best to reunite you with your lost property. Though, due to the volume of items reported lost, we are only able to contact passengers whose items have been found.
