The lifts are out of order between the station entrance and the station bridge at Bristol Parkway station. The lifts between all platforms are working if you’re connecting between trains, however there is no step free access if you're starting or finishing a journey here. Accessible taxis can be arranged by Great Western Railway (at no extra cost) to or from Bristol Temple Meads. Please speak to a member of their Passenger Assistance Team on 0800 197 1329.
