The Ladies toilets are located in the Main Concourse and in the Waiting Room between Platforms 7 and 9. The Gents toilet is adjacent to Platform 2 and between Platforms 8 and 9. The National key toilets are adjacent to Platform 2 and between Platforms 8 and 9; these toilets are operated by a RADAR key. A RADAR key is available from station staff. Toilet opening hours are at all times that the station is open.

The National key toilets are adjacent to Platform 2 and between Platforms 8 and 9; these toilets are operated by a radar key. A radar key is available from station staff.

Lifts and level access to all platforms. Lift available from station concourse (platform 3) to platforms 5 -11. Customer assistance available 'Call for Aid' button by taxi rank at front of station. No level access to National Rail Museum via platforms 10/11, exit at front of station and around Station Hotel.
Staff can deploy station ramps at all times when trains are operating through this station to help customers who need step-free access board any train at this station. Where in circumstances beyond our control station staff are not available, on train staff can deploy the on board ramp if necessary.

When arriving for booked or turn-up-and-go assistance, the meeting point is the Customer Information Point on the main concourse. Staff are available to provide Passenger Assist at all times that trains are operating for customers who have booked or who travel as turn-up-and-go. Assistance is available both to board/alight trains and also navigating around the station.
We want everyone to travel with confidence.
