The subway connecting platforms 1 and 2 at Warwick station has reopened following work to prepare for lifts being installed. Access to both platforms is now from the main station building side of the station (the West / Town side).
Access via the steps from the Woodcote Road / Lakin Road side of the station is closed until the end of September while building works continue. Please follow the signposted walking route diversion from the Warwick Hospital side of the station, which will take between 7-9 minutes. Please allow plenty of time to catch your train.”

Rail replacement bus services run from Bus Stops on the main Coventry Road, a three minute walk away. For buses towards Warwick Parkway and Stratford-upon-Avon, please walk down station Road, turn left and safely cross to the opposite side of Coventry Road. (what 3 words: spot.belly.gravy). For buses towards Leamington Spa, please walk down station Road, and turn right. (what 3 words: poster.tries.picked).
If engineering work is taking place, rail replacement bus services do NOT call at this station. Rail replacement bus services use the bus stops on the Coventry Road (the main road at the bottom of the station approach road).
