Due to essential platform roof replacement works from 5 June 2023 until further notice, passengers with disability scooters will experience slightly reduced turning area on the platform when leaving and accessing the train. For this works period only passengers with large disability scooters may wish to board and leave the train at Worcester Foregate Street.

The toilets are located on Platform 1. The National key toilets are located on Platform 1; these toilets are operated by a RADAR key. A RADAR key is available from station staff upon request. The toilet facilities are available: Monday - Sunday 05:15-21:30. The toilet facilities are not available when the Ticket Office is closed.
