Step-free category B station - This station has level access from the main entrance to Platform 1 (for trains towards London). There is step-free access from Beauclerk Green to Platform 2 (for trains towards Basingstoke) via a short ramp at a gradient of approximately 1:10, and a separate entrance. There is no step-free access between platforms.
