Step-free category B2 station - Step-free access from the main entrance to Platform 1 (for trains towards London Waterloo) via a ramp at a gradient of approximately 1:12. Step-free access from Mayfield Road to Platform 2 (for trains towards Weybridge/ Woking) via a separate entrance and a long ramp at a gradient of approximately 1:20. This station has step-free access to all platforms via a lift.
