Currently, there are no staff available to provide assistance at Stoke Mandeville. Therefore, we recommend that you book assistance in advance of your journey to enable us to get a member of staff to the station during these times to assist you. Alternatively, please use the Help Point at the station.
If you wish to travel without booking assistance in advance, we will arrange for staff to travel to the station as quickly as we possibly can to assist you or provide alternative transport. Please allow additional time for your journey.
