The toilets are located on Platform 4a. The National key toilets are located on Platform 4a; these toilets are operated by a radar key.

There are several cycle parking areas at Shrewsbury station. 20 Rail stands providing for up to 40 bicycle parking spaces are located at the northern end of Platform 7. These are beyond the gateline. 10 Rail stands providing for up to 20 bicycle parking spaces are located to the right of the main station entrance, by the station forecourt. 6 Rail stands providing for up to 12 bicycle parking spaces are located on Platform 3.
