Step-free Access to platform 2 (to Carlisle is via a staff operated pedestrian foot crossing (Barrow Crossing). When un-staffed, access to platform 2 is via a stepped footbridge. Level access from booking office, car park and station entrance to platform 1 (to Leeds).
