Transport for Wales is currently delivering significant improvements to customer facilities at Runcorn East station. The waiting shelters are temporarily out of use whilst works progress to provide new waiting shelters and cycle storage.
This work is expected to be completed by the end of August.

The Passenger Assist meeting point is opposite the Ticket Office. Please talk to a member of staff either in person or via the help point. Staff assistance is available at all times during the stations opening hours for boarding and alighting. Turn up and go is available although booking is recommended.
