This is a Category C station. No step free access - stairs down to both platforms. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office
Please take care when boarding/alighting the train towards the top of platform 1 and the middle and bottom of platform 2, as the stepping distance between the platform and the train may be more prominent than at other areas of the platform.
