Platform 1 has a harrington hump in the central part to assist with boarding and alighting. Step free access to platform 1 (Leeds Bound) but platform 2 is currently only accessible via stairs or using a temporary foot crossing from platform 1. Lifts are being installed at this station but will not be completed until early 2026.
