There are five cycle lockers located between the waiting shelter and the ticket machine on Platform 1 (for trains towards Ipswich), and a sheltered cycle parking area providing seven cycle stands is on Platform 2 (for trains towards Lowestoft) between the former station buildings and the barrow crossing.

Rail replacement bus services pick up and drop at the bus stops on Bramblewood Way, which is behind Platform 1.
Accessibility
This station has step free access to both platforms. However, please note that Platform 1 (for trains towards Ipswich) is only accessible via a barrow crossing across the train tracks, or via a public footpath and road route on to Bramblewood Way which requires additional time.
