All toilet facilities are available: Monday - Friday 06:00-17:00, Saturday 07:00-14:00 and Sunday Closed. The toilet facilities are not available when the Ticket Office is closed.

The accessible toilets (non-RADAR) are located in the Booking Hall. The toilet facilities are available: Monday - Friday 06:00-17:00, Saturday 07:00-14:00 and Sunday Closed. The toilet facilities are not available when the Ticket Office is closed.
Improvement works to the station roof will run from 21st May 2022 to 19th November 2022. During this time, we can not accept mobility scooters for boarding or alighting at this station. Customers will be transferred to Malvern Link station by road transport (a 1.2 mile journey totalling 7 minutes) in order to continue their journey.
Please allow an additional 15 minutes at the start and end of your journey in consideration of your road transfer. Customers travelling using a wheelchair will be able to board and alight the service as normal.
This station has been classified as a step-free access category B1 station. This means that there is step-free access to all platforms, but that this may include long or steep ramps. The assistance meeting point is at the ticket office during 'staff help available opening times' When station staff aren't available, the assistance meeting point is on the platform where your service is due to depart. Our on-board conductors will help you onto the train, so please make sure you attract their attention as the train comes to a stop on the platform.
