Accessibility
This is a Category A station with level access to both platforms and a footbridge connecting platform 1 and 2 with lifts. Passenger assistance meeting point for customers travelling towards Carlisle is at the departing platform. For passengers travelling towards Glasgow, the passenger assist meeting point is the booking office.
Please take care when boarding / alighting the train at this station as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other stations.
