There is one cycle stand on Platform 1 (for trains towards Ipswich), just along from the waiting shelter. There are also two cycle stands on Platform 2 (for trains towards Felixstowe), located in between the ramp/steps that lead to/from the platform and the former station buildings.

Rail replacement bus services pick up and drop off at the bus stop on Derby Road (as indicated by the Rail Replacement Bus Stop signs), in between the station entrance and the Station Hotel on Foxhall Road.
